John Wayne Bobbitt acquitted of domestic battery charge in Las Vegas

Updated:

John Wayne Bobbitt has again been acquitted of a domestic battery charge in Las Vegas.

The 38-year-old made famous when his first wife cut off his penis 13 years ago is acknowledging he's had problems with judgment, particularly about women.

A Las Vegas Municipal Court judge ruled Tuesday that Bobbitt's estranged wife -- Joanna Ferrell -- wasn't hurt when she accused Bobbitt of pushing her to the ground last September.

Bobbitt denied pushing Ferrell. He has filed for divorce -- and his lawyer says it's almost final.

Bobbitt's penis was reattached after the 1993 attack by his first wife, Lorena. She was found innocent by reason of insanity after arguing that Bobbitt abused her.

Bobbitt was convicted in 2003 of battery involving Ferrell. He was acquitted of a domestic violence charge in 2004.
